Our garden was good to us in the summer and continues to produce this fall.  I’m actually going to send an email to my colleagues about taking some of our herbs off my hands (our parsley has gone buck wild!).  It has really been a wonderful experience to grow food.  It tastes SO much better than store bought varieties.  I’m already fretting winter and having to buy tomatoes again.  I don’t know if I’ll be able to do it.  We’re already discussing canning a bunch of tomato sauce to get us through the winter:)  My husband has been making pasta sauce from our roma and cherry tomatoes and my gosh, it is THE best sauce I have ever tasted!  Check this out:

The Green Monster.  I made three different meals with this zucchini and we have 3 more growing now. Mercy!
My husband could put Ragu out of business with the sauce he made with these roma and cherry tomatoes.  Aren’t they beautiful!
