We had our first non-relative stop by to visit us today at the new home! He brought beer so it was fitting that we have a meal that catered to our beverage. I made vegetable tempura using fresh, broccoli florets, cauliflower, asparagus, and carrots. I used a slight variation of the recipe from Chloe’s Kitchen. It was delicious! This meal was NOT healthy (lots of oil), but it could have been worse (hey I used veggies, lol). It paired perfect with the brew.
