I made the pretzels, not the guac. If you want to make some pretzels here’s the recipe via Alton Brown. In our house, Alton Brown is a genius. We love how he mixes food with history and science. These particular pretzels are vegan because I don’t brush egg wash or butter on the top before backing. Instead, I used olive oil, kosher coarse salt, paprika and nutritional yeast for topping. Noah was dipping his pretzels in his stupid liquid queso dip and I felt left out. The nutritional yeast gave my pretzels a savory pseudo cheesy taste that was surprisingly delicious! I suggest you give it a shot. As far as dipping goes, you know you need to dip pretzels in something, I used this guacamole:
