Hey! I’ve made so much food in the last week that my head is spinning. I have no Thanksgiving pics due to an unfortunate series of events over the holiday. However, I made sweet yams, cranberry sauce, carrot cake, and a 7-layer salad. I will return later with my cranberry sauce recipe because it was sensational and very easy to make. My husband loves apple fritters so I decided I would make us some this past weekend. The recipe from The Picky Apple was very simple. I veganized it. These babies didn’t last long. Take a look:
