Since the fam and I are going to spend Thanksgiving with my family in St. Louis, I thought it would be nice to have a Thanksgiving-style meal tonight with just the three of us. I made “philly steak” style tofu planks, sweet yams, and crispy garlic green beans. The tastes of each dish really complimented each other. On Thanksgiving day I will contribute homemade cranberry sauce, a vegan carrot cake, and a vegetarian 7-layer salad. I lucked out and found these soy bacon bits that smell and taste JUST like real bacon bits. They will be delicious as the last layer for my salad. I hope you all have a great holiday!
