No Dairy: Day Four Completely!

Don’t sue me, Paul and Yoko, but “I’ve got to admit it’s getting better.”

Day four in under my belt and I can honestly say, this is the longest I’ve gone without eating dairy outright or popping a Lactaid before a grilled cheese sandwich. I hope to say the same thing tomorrow during the fifth day.

Morning:

  • 1 fruit cup, red grapefruit
  • 1 glass water

Noah and I worked out before I could think of something else to eat. I felt energized though, I had the balls to stair climb for 2 miles then stationary cycle for 3 miles. Afterwards, I was kinda pumped enough to make lunch.

Afternoon:

After we did some work at a local coffee shop, Noah and I went “Treat Yo’Self” errand running. We pulled up to McDonalds where I ordered:
  • 1 large french fry

And then we peeled away from the drive thru towards the liquor store.

Evening: 

  • 2 coconut ice cream sandwiches
  • 1 pack almond Beer Nuts
  • 2 gin & tonics
