No Dairy: Day Three Completed

I felt better. Not quite as tired.

Morning:

  • 1 slice toast
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup tea
  • 1 glass water

Afternoon:

  • 1/2 Chipotle Chicken Burrito: rice, black beans, chicken, salsa, guacamole
  • 1 glass water

Dinner:

  • 1 handful homemade sweet potato fries
  • other 1/2 Chipotle Chicken Burrito
  • Red wine (quantity undisclosed)
