I’ve slacked on my experimentation with different types of smoothies so I was re-motivated when I saw Curly Chronicle’s video on the “green” smoothie. The smoothie is comprised of spinach, a plantain, and a chunk of cantaloupe. Initially, I was like um, I don’t know about that, but since I like all of the ingredients I figured I’d give it a try. It may sound a little unappetizing at first, but it IS good! My only suggestion would be to refrigerate the ingredients ahead of time and use cold water because it tastes much better cold. Give it a try.
